Sometimes it feels like life is moving in fast forward, sometimes it can feel like you’re on pause and other times it can feel like you are moving in reverse. Regardless of where you feel like you are, take a moment today to be present and be grateful for life.

Being grateful for the life you are living right now is one of the simplest and most rewarding things you can do. Gratitude is something I’ve been more cognizant of and have been practicing daily for the last several years! I have been amazed at the positive effects that it has had on my mindset, health and overall life. It has opened my mind and allowed me to be more present in my every day. Gratitude works FOR you, not against you. When you are truly grateful for what you have, you have everything you need!

Today, I am most grateful for my love for Carl, an amazing weekend with family and the nitro cold brew I treated myself to this morning (yuumm!)☕️. It’s truly as simple as that! Tell me below what you are most grateful for today. I can’t wait to hear about it!
